Return Policy

All goods have a 7 day guarantee. If you are unsatisfied with your goods or have any other issues you can return goods unopened and receive a full refund or a voucher towards other goods. We ask that you write in detail of any issues you’re having so we can do all we can to fix them.

• Attempted deliveries: We provide all of our customers with tracking numbers once their items have been processed for shipment. If there have been several attempts for delivery, in which you have either not been at home to receive the item or have not collected your package from the designated collection point, you will not be entitled to a refund.

Damaged Goods

If by an unfortunate chance your package has been damaged during delivery your items will be replaced after proof has been provided.
