All products are checked carefully before dispatch to the customer. Holistic Khem cannot be held responsible for deterioration of the products due to the customer's incorrect storage conditions ie, exposure to direct sunlight, frost, humidity or heat etc. The customer should ensure that the products are kept in cool and dry conditions, make sure clean (non-metallic for best results) spoon, spatula etc. is used for creams to minimise the risk of deterioration in the product resulting from external contamination. As all products are natural, colour size etc may vary, each item is made individually with care, products may look slightly different from image on site, this may be because of screen resolution, size etc. We can change any images or information on our site at any time without warning.
